Deep House producer Rowan Jones aka Route 94, recorded No 1 banger "My Love" in his bedroom.
But he will have to get out of the house if a collab with Adele, 25, comes off.
In a recent interview Rowan said: “Adele is probably the one person I want to work with.”
And she is going to have to find her dancing shoes if they do hook up.
The producer explained:
“I’m open to working with people but I can’t change stuff for them. If someone has a respect for my music we can come to a mutual agreement, but I’m not gonna change anything.”
Mainstream chart success has all come as a big surprise to the west London lad, who has also worked with Katy B.
“I never expected it. I didn’t have a clue, it’s still a bit of a shock. I made it about seven months ago in my bedroom and without the intention for it to be a hit. I don’t listen to much music.”
