When asked about her new single, Devyn says, “To know me is to know my story, and I am extremely excited to share it with the world - to share my struggle since day one, what it took for me to get where I am today…it has been literally blood, sweat, and tears. Writing this record wasn’t the easiest thing because it took me back down memory lane…it was, and still is a very emotional journey for me but I needed to go back there, I needed to revisit to be able to move on. Because of my drive and determination, I have been able to overcome any obstacle that may have hindered my progress whether it was hurt and pain, negativity, etc…you name it.”
