For some out there, it might be hard to acknowledge its success, but Techno clearly is the new dominating underground music genre in the world!
It trumps the popularity of Hip Hop and Rock which are on the demise.
Eminem once was one of Techno’s true enemies. In one of his famous videos he states:
“Nobody listens to Techno.” He might have felt that at the time (and maybe it was true for the US). But times have changed.. And now
EVERYBODY LISTENS TO TECHNO, even Eminem!
In a recent interview he said:
“Five years ago I went clubbing. Amazing experience... ever since I actually started to dig Techno. After attending underground festivals in Europe, I became really hooked. And now I’m trying to get some hooks on some of these tracks I really love."
It's 2014 and if you are an Eminem fan who still believe that nobody listens to Techno, then watch the video below, and get ready to change your mind.
