Nina Kraviz, The Queen of Underground Electronic Music reveals her favorite tracks for the very first time!
The track I'll be opening my next DJ set with M Pittman - Chicago Nights
As always, simplicity is the key. A good drum machine rhythm track is priceless because that's what makes your ass shake.
The track I always play to rescue a dancefloor Levon Vincent - Air Raid
A high-energy ruff killer. Simple as that.
The track I wish I'd signed to my label DJ Slugo - Freaky Ride
A dirty, cheap, stupid and vulgar ghetto-blaster. Raw sexiness from one my favourite Dance Mania artists.
The ideal festival track Jared Wilson - This Love
I discovered this track a few years ago at Hardwax record store and since then I just can't stop playing it.
The track that should have been a crossover hit DJ HMC - Marauder
This track was released in 2001 but still sounds as hot as if it was baked five minutes ago. Australian techno; weird and just huge. I don't know if it was ever a hit but this is my all-time weapon.
The best track by my favourite new artist Amir Alexander - Violence
This track is very rough, weird and noisy. It's close to being an acid track but it's not an acid track … and I love the Asian melody.
The track I'd play at sunset in Ibiza The Other People Place - Eye Contact
I wish to hear this played in Ibiza next summer. If nobody else does it, I will do it myself.
